Returns, refunds and shipping

For all purchases on cataldostore.it
you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller,
without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the deadline
within 14 days from the day of delivery (the tracking number available on the Purchases page is valid).

The right of withdrawal is subject to certain conditions, in the absence of which the customer's request cannot be accepted:

• Returned products must be returned intact, with the label in its original position.
• Returned products must not have been used, washed or damaged
• 
  Returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days
  starting from the date of receipt (in case of independent shipment it must be
  (tracking code provided)
• Returned products must be returned in their original packaging
• The right of withdrawal can also be exercised by returning only some of the purchased products.

The right of withdrawal is not permitted in the event of:

• Purchase
  of sealed packaged products that are not suitable for being
  returned for hygiene reasons or related to health protection,
  returned with the packaging no longer sealed
• Underwear
• Custom-made or personalized goods

If the conditions described are met, cataldostore.it will provide the
refund of the amount spent (excluding the cost of the stamp if it is
this payment method has been chosen), once the goods have been received and
verified its integrity. The Seller will use for the refund
the same means of payment used by the customer for the transaction
initial, unless a means is agreed with the Seller
different.

We offer a collection service using the GLS courier at a cost of €7,
amount that will be subtracted from the total at the time of the refund.

If you wish to ship your order yourself using a different courier, please contact us to obtain the correct store address from those available. We will also cover return shipping from the store to the customer's home (in the event of an exchange). We will also cover collection if the goods are defective or do not conform to the order (wrong items).

Orders from Palermo can be picked up at our store at Via Sciuti 27 with no minimum purchase amount or additional costs, or they can be delivered to your home for a fee that will be calculated at the time of ordering based on the area the products are delivered to.
